Your Role

Reporting directly to the Owner/Manager, we’re looking for part-time sales staff members . Notice we didn’t mention cannabis industry experience there. We’re more than happy to bring you up to speed on our approach to cannabis, but we’d appreciate it if you’re passionate and willing to learn. Your main duties will be customer service and assistance so a great attitude is essential. 

• Create and maintain a sense of welcome and belonging for all customers
• Use your product knowledge to guide and assist customers in their purchases
• Demonstrate extraordinary service
• Take ownership of product knowledge, and keep current on industry trends

Requirements

• At least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment
• Experience delivering an exceptional customer experience
• A professional attitude and appearance
• A passion for our product and the broader acceptance of  cannabis
• A great attitude
• Over 18 years of age with a valid police background check.
• You must have passed the Alberta’s SellSafe program and be able to provide a copy of the certificate
• You must be available to work a minimum of 10 hours per week with the potential to work up to 30 hours per week

We’re Rosebud Cannabis, an adult-use cannabis retailer located on the east end of Camrose, Alberta. We’re a little different than the other guys in town, so let us tell you a bit more about ourselves! Our store is a little off the beaten path, and for a reason. We know that even though cannabis is legal now, some folks still want to be discreet. We’re across the tracks from everywhere, but still just a quick drive from downtown and the University of Alberta, Augustana. And, our proximity to the ring road makes getting here from the west end a piece of cake too! 

Rosebud’s mission is simple: We’re here to offer Camrosians an approachable, friendly, and honest connection to the world of recreational cannabis. We’re not franchisees. Rosebud was created from the ground up, with the help of some outstanding local partners. We’re looking for people that share our love for the city we live in, and the plant that’s provided us with this opportunity.
